Troubleshooting

Sometimes, our tool does not get an ID. Check out the following::

  1. Make sure your Internet connection is working properly. If you are not sure, please try again.
  2. Make sure your URL is correct. Again, this tool only accepts the URL as: Facebook Profile, Facebook Page and Facebook Group.
  3. Make sure the Facebook's Personal account / Page / Group is active and published.
  4. There is another reason is that you need to temporarily allow search engine access to the public information on your profile page. To do this, go to your Facebook privacy settings page and allow search engines to link to your timeline. Then come back here and try again. After successfully retrieving your Facebook ID, you can revert the privacy setting to it's former state.
